Need help figuring out the chords to a very interesting mashup

I found the following video of Jamie Cullum playing a Singing In The Rain/Umbrella mashup.

Now I'd love to play this, but I have no idea where to find the chords.
And I tried to find them by ear, but I don't think I'm yet familiar with these chord shapes.

Could someone help me out please?
