piano lessons online -- seems nice

Hey guys!

I'm an intermediate piano player and I was just looking for online lessons the other day and I found this: https://shir1989.rpiano.hop.clickbank.net/

It seems pretty convincing, but I don't know if its any good...but I would love to learn how to improvise and compose...
