Outside of a couple of concertos, I do not appear to have anything that is not already on IMSLP.

Being published in Milan, I would have thought this piece would be in the Conservatoire, but it is not, so it looks like a British Library job which will be rather expensive.

A lot of libraries do not require your physical presence nowadays and many will supply copies on application.

Your best bet would be Saint John's University. Just send them an e mail and ask if you could purchase a copy. American libraries are in my experience extremely helpful and a couple have supplied me copies and refused payment. English libraries do appear to be more expensive and to purchase a copy of this from the British Library with postage would probably be about $70.

I know it is frustrating searching for scores you really want, but not giving up usually works.

Some pieces I have searched for in the past have taken almost 2 years, but eventually i got them.

Forgot to add that there are a lot of helpful American students on this site and it would not amaze me if one was able to get this on loan and scan it for you.
