Double jointed pinky's

Hi!  I have a new student who has double jointed pinky's and is experiencing some pain when playing.  Any suggestions on hand position or exercises to help with this problem???   Thanks! :)

Just out of curiousity, how many students with single-jointed-pinky's do you have? You happen to teach in Tsjernobyl?   ;)
