Is that real? Or one of those dramtic news stories about something that actually doesn't exist?
I've heard slow string music can alter the brain waves and have a calming effect.
I tried to find some sound clips. It sounds like 20th century music (or a little more accessible since it had a repeating pattern).

The only thing dumber than digital drugs is the media that reports about them. You can achieve the same level of irritation by watching
2001 a Space Odyssey
with your eyes closed.
