Software
on: August 10, 2010, 06:05:08 PM
Hi,

Not sure where i should be posting the question.

I am trying to write some music with orchestral backing, however as an orchestra isnt handy i was thinking maybe a sofware with the sounds in? even midi? that i can enter the notes or play the notes. Preferably free software.

Many thanks, and apologies for posting in this room

You mean something like obtaining orchestral instrument sounds by playing a MIDI keyboard?

There is this, but it is commercial.  It also does come with certain versions of Finale.

Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach
