The Quiet Revolutionary of the Piano – Fauré’s Complete Piano Works Now on Piano Street

In the pantheon of French music, Gabriel Fauré (1845–1924) often seems a paradox—an innovator cloaked in restraint, a Romantic by birth who shaped the contours of modern French music with quiet insistence. Piano Street now provides sheet music for his complete piano works: a body of music that resists spectacle, even as it brims with invention and brilliance. Read more

on: July 21, 2004, 10:47:02 PM
Yeeeeeeeeeeeehaw! ;D
Ok I need Some advice. Im Lookin for a good NEWDigital Piano. The Brands I've been looking at at the local music store are KORG And Roland. I Dont need all the fancy sound effects. A few would be nice, but no 3000 effects or anything like that. I need a good Piano for my studies, not a Sound Effect Maker. Money, hmm something maybe arond 2,500$. lol I have heard that Roland has a better range of sounds for piano then Korg. Im not too sure. Post ur Advice plz! Thnx! BTW im only 150...i mean 15  ;D :o ;D I Also think the name Roland sound pretty cool  ;D

Korg and Roland are both always nice!  Bennington, I need to know what country you live in, so I have an idea how much "$2500" means to me.  Judging from the way you write, I'd say you are American.. "YEEEHAAWW!"lol

I have a Roland FP3 purchased about 2 years ago, and it is a fine instrument with Progressive hammer touch.  Now, you can get an FP5.  I recommend this instrument, because it will be in your price range (actually, a little under..), and it has many features.  The reason why it costs so little compared to others with similar features is because it lacks a cabinet.  and for me, that works just fine!  Less area to dust, right?
Here it is:

think about it..
