My Kemble Chopin E-Competition entry
on: September 03, 2010, 07:52:24 PM
I've entered the Kemble Chopin E - Competition and would love your support in voting for me in the people's round. Basically you listen to the video and click the vote for me link you just need an email address!
The top 10 votes go to the judges round where the competition really starts as it's getting judged by Christopher Elton and John Evans.
I hope you enjoy it and vote for me. It's an unedited performance so after several takes of trying to record it becomes impossible to keep concentrating on memorising a piece such as the Barcarolle. If you haven't ever video'd yourself it's certainly worth considering the experience as you learn alot! This is the first video performance i've done and took more preparation than a concert. A concert somehow is forgiving but a recording exposes everything.
please look for Chopin Barcarolle Op.60 - Sharon leech on this link.
