Riddle Game 3

Ok, I'm thinking of a new piece.  The composer is well-known, but I'm not sure if the piece is or not, but here goes.....

Well, it's not exactly a "type" like a sonata, etude, variations ect.  nor does it come from a set.

ok, I have a feeling the composer is Rachmaninoff..
and the piece would be "lilacs"..
tell me I am at least half right.

The composer is not Rachmaninoff, so the piece is not Lilacs.  I had a hard time getting into Lilacs.

well, tchaikovsky is right, although Op 56 is not.  "Concert fantasy" is not anywhere in the name of the piece - more of a description.
