I've never heard of anyone trying to reach grade 8 in a flue. Most people do it in a room.

Several years at least I would think. With a teacher.

Although I'm not a flautist and don't know exactly what grade 8 is for flute. Or for piano for that matter. There are several grading systems for piano but I've never used them.

I am leaning over in my chair and just reach my grade 8 textbook. There that is as long as it takes….
Not good enough? Try this then…….It will take you as long as you want it to.
