Bach's 12 Short Preludes
on: October 06, 2010, 03:01:18 AM
I have been self teaching myself piano on and off for a year now, and can play some basics like minuet in g and minuet in g minor but I wish to give myself better fundamentals. I found a copy of Bach's 12 short preludes and wish to study them. My only contention is that they seem to be much more biased on the right hand. My right hand is already more articulate then my left. From what I understand the preludes are an excellent training method for Bach's more advanced works. Should I find some sort of balancing force for my left hand or just follow the preludes? Thanks for your help!

If you're worried about your left hand find some Bach of your standard which has plenty of left hand. All of Bach is now downloadable so there's plenty of choice.
