According to the video, the chords needed to play this song are:

Verse: E  B  C#m  A

Chorus: A  B  E  B  A

If I understood you correctly you want to transpose the song to a lower key. I assume you have little knowledge of theory so I'll try to keep it simple. Right now the song is in the key of E major. Let's say you want to sing it in C major instead. Then you would start with the chord C instead of E. C is a major third down from E so you simply need to move all the chords a major third down. If you are standing on E, you count 4 keys down, including the black keys, and you will have moved a minor third and land on C.

So in the key of C major the chords will be:

Verse: C  G  Am  F

Chorus: F  G  C  G  F

In a very simple way, it's pretty much just moving every single note a number of keys down (or up)
In the example above it was 4 keys but it can go anywhere so the singer can sing it comfortably.

The main difficulty in doing that in the piano is that white keys will become black and black will turn to white which makes people's brains hurt.  ;D
In a guitar it's much easier.
I am perfectly normal, it is everyone else who is strange.
