"Broadway Evening" DVD
on: October 19, 2010, 04:22:32 PM
This past weekend I performed a Broadway concert with singer Monica Stephens. The "Broadway Evening" performance was on October 16th 2010. The performance was a success and
the event was recorded live on DVD.  DVDs can be purchased for $10/DVD on a per order basis.

The concert/DVD content is

Kander: City Lights
Menken: Beauty and the Beast , "Home"
Andersson: Chess, "Someone else’s Story"
Loesser: Guys and Dolls , "Marry The Man Today"
Lloyd Webber: Phantom of the Opera, "Wishing you were Somehow here again"
Schönberg: Les Misérables , "I Dreamed a Dream"
Mancini: Victor/Victoria, "Le Jazz Hot"
Wildhorn: Jekyll and Hyde, "A New Life"
Schwartz: Wicked, "What is this Feeling?" & "Defying Gravity"

We just posted the last song on YouTube. I am hoping to post it soon on YouTube as well, but we will see. Depends on what the singer says.

And just WHO is this Monica Stephens?  Are we supposed to buy a DVD just on your judgement alone?!  Give us a sample or something!

I think the singer may have restricted the video to her friends or something. Nothing much I can do about that. Sorry about this.

Poems of Ecstasy – Scriabin’s Complete Piano Works Now on Piano Street

The great early 20th-century composer Alexander Scriabin left us 74 published opuses, and several unpublished manuscripts, mainly from his teenage years – when he would never go to bed without first putting a copy of Chopin’s music under his pillow.
