Sunset Nocturne, Joe Gargiulo

Sunset Nocturne, new piano music published March 2010, is intended as classical program material for various events. It was recorded without edits on a Yamaha P-85 digital piano.
I am wondering if it is grade 5 or 6 and if you think it is suitable for recitals.
