Etudes for triols
on: November 01, 2010, 06:22:22 PM
Hey,
I want to improve my triols.
I have the problem that I always play triols with the 2nd and 3rd finger and cant play the notes fast enough with other fingers involved. Are there any etudes to practice that?

Thanks.

I think the best and faster way for trills is to play parallel sets. You may learn how to do PS in the book of Mr. C.C.Chang that you may  free download in the Net. Note that 2-3 trills are not the easiest. For example 2-4 or 1-3 are easier than 2-3, because of the diference in strengh between 2 and 3, that makes 2-3 trill uneven.
Best wishes
