Does anyone have the notes for this song in the topic? I can't find it anywhere!

The link you provided with Lang Lang playing the piece you've requested gives some information about it. The reference you made to 'Formosa' refers to the old Portugese name for what is now called 'Taiwan' and not to the possible composer of this piece. Apparently, it is one of the most famous Taiwanese folk tunes. Perhaps this information will help you in your search.

It is obvious that no one here has the piece you've requested as someone would have responded very quickly if they had it.
