Trill in Bach Fugue no. 3 - WTC1
on: November 04, 2010, 11:01:32 AM
What is the right way to play the trill in this piece? It is marked as a trill with some additional flourish and a double sharp notation...

I don't know if we're talking about the same prelude, but in MY book there is no trill at all in this prelude.  The fast one in c# minor, right?

Sorry, my fault... I was thinking of the following Fugue (I corrected the heading now). Just after the middle in the piece.

a#-g#-fdouble#(g-natural)-g#-a#-g#-a#etc, end the trill on the next to the last 16th note in the left hand.  At least, this is the way I do it!  ;D
