Used Yamaha U3 versus new Kawai K15E
on: November 06, 2010, 06:04:45 PM
Looking for some advice.
Buying first acoustic piano and I have a choice of a Yamaha U3 1980, excellent condition (£2500) or a Kawai K15E that is only 6 months old (£2300).
I have played them both but the Yamaha was in a house in a smallish room and did not sound as good as the Kawai which I played in a shop with excellent acoustics.
I am in a bit of quandry!?!
Anyone want to give me an opinion.
