Chopin Period Ignace Pleyel Grand piano serial number 9033 from the Year 1841.

Chopin was so fond of the pianos made by the great Factor of Piano Ignace Pleyel, that it was his performed many concerts using Ignace Pleyels pianos.

Looks like a very nice example.

I recall playing an unrestored one of those (about the same year) at a concert in Wales a few years ago. The piano was about one and a half semitones flat, and because the singer I was accompanying was already struggling for some of the low notes, I had to transpose some of the songs up a bit to compensate. One of them I had already been transposing. This is where perfect pitch ain't so clever - I was reading one key, playing another and hearing a third. I like period pianos but that gig was hard work  :-\
Instrumentalists are all wannabe singers. Discuss.
