Aren't you over-reacting a bit?  He's new here.  You've probably scared him off for good.
At any rate, if you're still here, Vesivian, I find that rachmaninov VERY hard.  But that might just be me.   :P

It's a very simple answer: If you know how to play it, and can play it - it's quite easy. If you don't - It's hard.

How hard is the rach 3 cadeza tocata?

What a "cadeza tocata" is?

If you refer to Rach 3 cadenza (why do you call it "tocata"?), there are two alternative cadenzas, one written in a "light" and "sparkling" style and another one written in a very "heavy" style with those big chords, jumps, arpeggios... The second one is the one I know better (although I don't play it, I just worked on it) and in my opinion it's very hard, very demanding, technically and physically.

Piano Street Magazine:
Women and the Chopin Competition: Breaking Barriers in Classical Music

The piano, a sleek monument of polished wood and ivory keys, holds a curious, often paradoxical, position in music history, especially for women. While offering a crucial outlet for female expression in societies where opportunities were often limited, it also became a stage for complex gender dynamics, sometimes subtle, sometimes stark. From drawing-room whispers in the 19th century to the thunderous applause of today’s concert halls, the story of women and the piano is a narrative woven with threads of remarkable progress and stubbornly persistent challenges.
