T Walker Square Pianoforte Circa 1815
on: November 20, 2010, 09:22:08 PM
An Unusual square pianoforte marked T Walker Liverpool made in around the years 1815 England.

Not much information is found about this maker which surprises us. His work as seen on this Square pianoforte is not just unusual, but well finished in the most part.

The Square pianoforte was obviously made to be within the center of a room having all four sides of it finished. Closed, this piano looks more like a desk then a pianoforte.

The back side is made to copy the other side, having handles where there should be drawers...
