Selected Czerny Studies
on: November 25, 2010, 02:23:35 PM
I found a very old copy of "Selected Czerny Studies".  I am a beginner piano player.  I am really enjoying this book.  Can someone tell me if this is a good practice book?  Also how should I use this book when practicing?   This is the only practice book I am using.  Also can I get a new copy of this book somewhere since mine is so old, it is crumbling.  Also since there are so many books to choose from, what other books like this one would you recommend?  Also since I travel a lot, I haven't been able to get lessons because of my schedule, so I am trying to learn on my own.   Thanks!!!!

You can find a quite comprehensive selection of Czerny editions which are in the public domain at the international music score library: https://imslp.org/wiki/Category:Czerny,_Carl
