I don't understand this piano sheet...

Check the red comment I put on the bottom. In a certain part, it appears to be asking to play the same note on both hands. Am I missreading it?

Maybe you have the Piano Collections version, this is the original version. So, if it's the same E I guess I can just choose a hand to play it, right?
