Dohnanyi: Suite en Valse, Op 39a

I am looking for the score for Dohnanyi's own two-piano transcription of his "Suite en Valse," Op. 39a, published in 1948. I am having trouble finding any copy of the whole thing still in print. This is somewhat of a hail mary, but can anyone help me out or tell me where I can get a copy?

Too dodgy to be posted here, but it is still in print and published by Alfred Lengnick, who's catalogue is controlled by Faber Music.
