From your list, I enjoy playing Chopin the most. But the longer I study piano, the more I "discover" other composers and can't really say I have a favorite anymore. Mozart is probably my most comfortable, since I sort of understand his composing the most now. I think I've still got awhile to study before I can handle playing Liszt.
