Interesting. I tried to do it within two very nature-based composers of piano music - Frank Bridge and John Ireland. Interestingly, I cannot find a single example for WIND or even AIR in the piano output of either, and no FIRE for Ireland, which omission surprises me given their strongly mystical and atavistic bent.

Bridge:

WATER: The Midnight Tide, A Sea Idyl, Water Nymphs
FIRE: Hidden Fires (metaphorically)
EARTH: The Hedgerow, The Dew Fairy, Most of his Pastorals

Ireland:

WATER: By the Mere, Song of the Spring Tides
EARTH: Le Catioroc, The Towing Path

Chaminade:

WATER: Pecheurs de Nuit
EARTH: Au Pays Devaste, Pastorale, Sous bois
