The effect of a good sleep
on: December 20, 2010, 07:28:21 AM
I have noticed that in the morning hours after a good night sleep my arms and fingers are very relaxed. Playing is much easier and sounds better than in the evenings.

Do you also feel the same?
Do you think that if concerts had been given in the mornings performance would have improved ?

If you have good nights' sleep you're lucky indeed.

I agree with you. Not only are my fingers more relaxed, my mind is more alert. My playing is better and my practice is more effective in the mornings after a good night's rest.
