Pape Console Upright Piano - Year 1845
on: December 31, 2010, 06:40:10 PM
Jean Henri Pape Console Pano serial number 5633 made in the year 1845.
Case is made of fine Rosewood with other inlaid areas of Citrus wood found on front name panel.
In completely original and untouched working condition, this is a very rare find from these years.

That is pretty darned short. Looks like a fancy spinet. Does it have a drop action or some antiquated direct blow like a console?
