What is he doing?

Hi everyone.

Im trying to learn this song (from ear).


I have the entire song figured apart from the intro (0:08-0:18). What is this technique he is using to do this? I think in the first part he is playing Eb, Gb, Bb, Gb, Bb, Db? Am I right? Havent got a clue what hes playing in the second part. If anyone could help me out on this id be grateful, or any youtube videos that will help me learn this technique. Thanks.
