Please Help Me Identify This Song

Hi, can someone help me with the title to this piano piece? I love this song, but can't remember the title and would like to hear different versions of it. Here is a clip of it.

do you know who happens to have the best piano rendition of the song? I don't even know who is playing in the clip I gave. That was best one I've heard so far, but can't find the info about it.
