"Shall We Dance" and other Gershwin films

Hello everyone,

I'm doing a report on the development of Gershwin's music throughout his lifetime, and I was wondering, does anyone know what orchestra (and conductor) was used in his film scores? In particular, I'm looking for the orchestra that recorded the score for "Shall We Dance," but I'd also like the information on who recorded the movies "Rhapsody in Blue" and "An American in Paris"

Any information would be very appreciated!
