Bortkiewicz Piano Concerto No.1 Op.16 Published Copy

I'm searching for a published version of this piano concerto. The Petrucci Music Library lists it as public domain in NA, but not on EU. The searching I've done and the calls I've made seem to support this. I can't even find the existence of a published version, disregarding the lack of circulation. Boosey & Hawkes, who've distributed some of his works (published by Simrock) verified that they've never distributed the piano concerto.

However, this has all merely been contained to the English-speaking market. Is there any way in which I might search foreign markets? Do any prominent music stores in say, Germany or Russia spring to mind that I might be able to call/dig up on?

Not only am I looking to play this in a competition (so I want to be completely sure that if I'm unable to obtain a published score, then it is out of circulation), but I'd also like to find a full orchestral version. All I've seen thus far is the 2-piano reduction.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If this belongs in Miscellaneous, let me know, and I'll post it there.
