Any place to see where a specific classical piece will be performed in the city where you live (in this case, NYC!)

I'm not an expert on NYC, but you could try https://www.bachtrack.com/ or one of the other searchable concert listing services.  With Bachtrack (and I am not in any way affiated to it) you can do searches of composers and works.  It claims to operate globally.
