Trying to identify a piece of music for a student...
on: February 12, 2011, 02:54:05 PM
Greetings... seems like I've never had to ask someone to identify a piece of music visually... but considering that this Minuet doesn't have a category number, it's pretty bloody hard.

Does anyone recognise this Haydn Minuet??? I'm looking for some sort of catalogue number so I can try and get the sheet music for it.

Ok forget what I just said :D
Haydn, Sonata in G, Hoboken XVI:G1, 2nd movement.
I guess I didn't help at all... sorry... my book doesn't even have this sonata. But I'm glad you found your answer!
