HELP-clair de lune

measures 35 and 36-at the end there are a group of sharps and flats-no notes following-next staves have nromal key signature-what do they mean?

The key signature changes from five flats to four sharps. After several measures, it changes back again (before the section marked
Calmato
).

yes...it goes from Db major to C# minor, which is an interesting modulation called the enharmonic minor--you will notice that C# and Db are the same note by a different name, but clearly the two are different keys. Beethoven used the same exact modulation in the Moonlight Sonata by the way (1st and 3rd mvts are C#min, middle mvt is Db maj).
