I studied at University and achieved a BA hons in music. However, I was not happy with the teaching. I am applying for a PG dip at the Royal Northern College of MUsic, but I do not think I will get the funding. I was wondering if it is possible to do ANOTHER undergraduate course. I am in my late 20's, and seeing all these young musicians training for years in a conservatoire makes me think that I would be better off doing the undergraduate course, as I feel I missed out a lot at the university (not mentioning the name!). Any thoughts or suggestions would be welcomed.

I guess you could... But again, ask the schools.

Why don't you wish to move on to Master's level?  You could always study privately with a teacher to polish up your skills.  If you are going to do another degree, you might as well move forward.
Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

Of course you _can_ but you'll have to pay full overseas student fees for it.
Instrumentalists are all wannabe singers. Discuss.

Just go for a masters and take what you want from the undergrad list.

You might not be able to do another bachelors.  They may say that you've already got a bachelors so you have to get some kind of masters.

An in-between approach would be to spend a year or two working on the things you'd like to brush up then apply for postgrad. If you feel that you didn't get good instrumental teaching, have private lessons with a teacher who you know is good. If it's another aspect, then enrol for some courses at an adult education college such as City Lit or Morley College, or a distance learning one if you don't have somewhere nearby. It'll be cheaper than doing another undergrad at full overseas fees.

Thanks. I really do feel I should be in an institution for at least another 3 years. I can't really see the point of applying for a postgrad now, as it is only a year, and then what?
