Easiest and Shortest Piano Concerto

hello! Can anyone suggest for an easy and short concerto? Any composer would do.

Or a Haydn perhaps. You could also look at Shostakovich's 2nd piano concerto (I am working on it right now). It's not terribly difficult and medium in length.

Yeah, I'm working on that Concerto too! actually, I'm finding it a bit more difficult than everyone led me to believe, probably because i'm a 16 year old with a ton of other repetiore.

Well I don't think AGE plays a roll in what you are capable of... I am 17 and I am currently learning a scriabin sonata and rachmaninoff sonata number 2... (I doubt i can play it well though lol) But I have been playing since the age of 4...so i guess i go back =p.

Concerto wise.. I would go with Haydn for your request.

I have performed Tchaikovsky's full piano concerto as well as Grieg's piano concerto...

-The Grieg is really not that hard actually! The first movement was actually ... easy! And Second is simple!

Lesson learned! Age is NO excuse for your capabilities! Just do your best...

easiest by far are the Kabalevsky Youth concerto
