Funding for postgraduate diploma
on: March 14, 2011, 11:24:46 AM
I cannot find funding anywhere for postgraduate study, apart from loans. Does anyone know any other sources of funding for postgrad?

EDITED. It's not worth.

BTW, this is the reply I got from you after I gave you an advice. I pity you, man :(

*** off. Stop asking me why I'm doing this, why I'm doing that. I don't need to be lectured on a *** computer. You obviously are a dickhead, with too much time to waste on a computer. I don't need your God damn advice. You're all amateurs anyway.

Wait... weren't you going to piano world?

Hmm... but see I'd like to be a sarcastic jerkwad right now, but I'm actually wondering about this kind of sorta as well (even though I wont have to deal with it for another 10 years).

I guess you could start with google, but my gut tells me there isn't anything out there, except possibly really difficult to get scholarships.

You can always get a job on the side. And there are TONS of scholarships out there, many that no one's heard of before, and every year millions of potential scholarship money is given to no one because no one applied.

Even though many of them are only say 500, 100, 250 etc, if you get 10, 20, 50, the amount adds up. And writing a 250 word essay takes what, 30 minutes? + 30 minutes to correct errors and make it prettier. That's like 500 bucks an hour. Not a bad deal, I think.

Thanks. Do you know of any scholarships? Not sure what you mean when you refer to the essay.

And that's because you're stupid.

No, you're not. Your Apology wasn't very much worth, when you only a day later told us to *** off, and that we were amateurs. On this one you'll probably respond  with "ZzzZzz" again.

I apologise. I have problems and I have to grow up.

I apologise. I have problems and I have to grow up.

Remember when we were in pre-school and they taught us what an apology meant?

Yea, it means that you feel bad for whatever you did, and that you will, to the best of your ability, not repeat the offending mistake.

Webster defines it as - "an admission of error or discourtesy accompanied by an expression of regret"

So how are we to believe that you regret anything... if you repeat the SAME MISTAKE 500 times in a 48 hour period?

You've been a douche now, seriously, at least 5-8 times after apologizing.

I think you have blown it. What I mean is - you can't fix this or your rep here at this point. The boy who cried wolf.

So yes, you have some growing up to do, and part of growing up here is realizing when you've gone to far.

It's in your best interest to 1), make this the last apology you ever say on these boards (because we really don't want to hear it anymore), and 2) make sure it's the last apology needed on these boards.

Oh, and 3) make sure this is your last thread you start for a while until you can contribute positively to the rest of these boards.

Amen to that!
