trick for overcoming "fatigue interia?"
on: March 23, 2011, 01:21:31 AM
I'm tired.  I can't move. ::)

I've been thinking about getting up and doing things but my body is planted.

Are there any tricks to getting some energy?  Without using caffein.  I'm thinking breathing or something.  My arms still seem to work.

This has got to be one if the not the most lazy posts I've made on here.   ::)  But I'm tired.  I'm not looking for long-term solutions.  Just how to get moving now.

Breathing, arm movement, baby steps to slide out of bed.... Merda... ich bin muede.....

Do you think you might be depressed?

Do you think you might have misspelled the word "inertia"?
