[i][/i]Stuck on "Peasant's Quest"

For those of you familiar with homestar runner and his website, a new game was posted recently: Peasant's Quest. Has anybody completed the game yet?
I'm having trouble, I'm stuck after getting the baby and the pills from the Inn keeper (i have 48 points). Does anyone have any tips to point me in the right direction? It would be much appreciated.
