Go the digital route. Use headphones....

Try a keyboard. They come with headphones, almost all of them. Some of them aren't too expensive!

Make a celeste rail - tack a piece of felt to a length of long stick and hang it between the hammers and strings.  Mine's on more or less permanently these days.

If you want to keep playing as much as you would like without disturbing anyone, then go for a digital piano and use headphones.  Then you can practise to your heart's content at any time of the day or night.

The only thing to remember, if you go this route, is to not have the headphones turned on too loud because headphones really can create tinnitus later on if you're not careful.  Keep the sound lowish, even if you prefer to turn them up so that you can become immersed in the music.

By using headphones, you can ensure that you are using your arm and finger weight normally and not pressing too lightly to avoid making a noise.
