Ajay,

Its hard to tell without seeing the piano, but sticking keys commonly stick due to humidity changes. The hammer shanks warp and one hammer will rub against the hammer next to it and not return or play properly. To rectify that, a technician can either put a little pressure on the shank and reshape it with the use of a hair dryer or remove the action and realign the hammer. Or the key bushing which is the felt lined hole under the key that rests on a pin, is too tight on the pin due to swelling or getting sticky. In that case, the key can be removed and the bushing hole expanded a bit, clean the pin too.
OR, the hammer spring popped off and the hammer is not returning properly.
Either way, they are all easy fixes, so either call a tech to straighten it out for you or get adventurous and start looking for the cause.
