Hello. I am not so sure I will be able to answer this the way you would like me to, as I am more familiar with Classical music, but I will try. First, where is the passion? (An exclamation mark could be sustituted). Any piece you play should always have emotion in it, and you should not sit there half awake.
Make some highlights in the piece. Where do you want people to go "oooo, ahhh", around the 2:00 mark would be a perfect example of where to put in the emphasis.
I enjoyed your performance. I have heard this song before, never knew it was by him.
