What is this piano peice called? I think it's Bach.

Hi, I remember this tune from about 20 years ago. My brother use to play it on the piano. I put what I could remember into Midi file.
It's definatley in C minor. I search all of Bach's piano works in Cminor but couldn't locate it, so perhaps it's not Bach after all although it sure does sound like him.
