-> I want to learn the basic of the piano through the internet... And I found some two interesting sites that I think could help me...
-> My question is, which one should I read first and which one is necessary to learn...
-> Please evaluate them...
-> And, can you please suggest some sites that could really help me on my studies (FREE SITES ONLY:P)...

Learn a little bit of a theory and apply it to a piece right away, or have a series of pieces that introduce one concept at a time.  It's important to have a piece of music that has the concepts in it that you're learning about.

If you're just starting I would focus more on learning simple pieces than music theory so much.

I agree with Bob. In general, the note reading on the first link is enough to get going. Start with that and a simple piece. Perhaps read "Piano Notes" on the second link. The second link contains short, concise, useful information and goes much deeper. It goes quite a way to help you towards understanding the structure of music, for improvisation, playing using chords, etc.

If your ultimate goal was to learn to play a particular Chopin Waltz say, the second one contains more than you need. If you want to play busker style, improvising the left hand from guitar symbols, you will need a lot more of the second link.

In your case, you have learnt the intro to Fur Elise (your other post), so you know notes. Have you got the left hand in nicely too yet? Just keep learning stuff, and work up to a Mozart Piano Sonata, or something else you like.
