Need help transcribing an easy song!

I play guitar & trying to learn to play the piano! I'm a total beginner. I've learned some basic chords C, F, G and all.

I want to perform a song by Taylor Swift titled Ours with my friend. We both play guitar. But I decided to play the piano part & she plays the guitar part.

Please help me transcribe the piano part of the song, pretty please? It should be easy for most of you I believe. Just the single notes in the intro, bridge and so on. I don't need the chords. Here's the link to the song:
