Yiruma - River flows in you (Concert Live version)
on: April 16, 2011, 03:58:47 PM
Hello
I’ve been looking for the sheet music of this version (concert version-youtube video) and I have found nothing.
Do you have the score? Could you please send it?
I think this a very nice piece.

The masterpiece tell the performer what to do, and not the performer telling the piece what it should be like, or the cocomposer what he ought to have composed.

Hi there
when i saw this post i had to help ya
But i am sorry to say that there are NO sheets for the concert version, so u must learn the piece by ear. Its not easy but i did it really good i think so listen to my vid and say if u like it or not , and yes im going to write the notes down to share them with others
And also i learned the notes from his Movement of a theme ( river flows in you vocal ) to =d and it is AWESOME =d xD
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kGwE8PnjiK0
I know that it is not perfect ( the end of the song is not really good because i can't find those notes -_- xD but im going to use another end ( the ending from his movement on a theme song
)

I bought the sheet music from sheetmusicdirect.com, it's not that expensive. My teenie students love it
From that score you can relatively easily figure this version out, I think.

I love this song.. I haven't heard the concert version.. and I can't listen to it right now. But I can play and have the "regular" version. Maybe try googling it??

I found the same score. It's actually really easy to find, you just have to go to google and search it up.

Unfortunately you are incorrect. There are quite a few improvisational differences between the original YouTube video, and the Sheetmusicplus links posted.
Anyone with a really exceptional ear could pick apart the differences and make the changes, however it would be a shame to mess with Yiruma's music.
Sorry, but for now this version remains in Yiruma's hands... and my head.
[EDIT: Also, I suspect that Dahiva necro'd an 8-YEAR OLD THREAD just to advertise his version of the sheet music through Sheetmusicplus to get sales.)

It would be nice if you can point out those differences.
It would also be nice if you wouldn’t post for free advertising.
