Pastoral (Me Playing)
on: April 18, 2011, 06:18:09 PM
A piece I composed for my dad's 59th birthday (yesterday) in the style he likes, and that I used to write in often as a kid, with the bonus of being so easy even a patzer like me can play it! Enjoy!

I like the piece, but... and no offense... Is that you actually playing it?  It sounds a little midi-ish.

This is very beautiful, and I absolutely love it. Also this does not sound like midi to me. It sounds like a piano and she's playing it. There are parts that have the same sensation as the late Ligeti etudes, white on white and such. I would not mind playing this!
