Clementi, Etude no. 30 (Veloce, e minor from Gradus Ad Parnassum)

This etude needs to be played fast, and also all notes should be played equally and articulation should be perfect.
How to achieve that? I don't know how to position my hand to be able to press all keys deeply and still play fast? My professor says that it can be a little leggiero, but now I practice at home, on a piano with light keys and must play it deeply all the time. I would love to see someone playing that etude, but I have just heard some recordings on YouTube.
Measure is 6/8, each eight is divided into three sixteenths (triola), and tempo should be around 80.
