Thanks for sharing this Dave. It is just the kind of thing I was looking for. Practical examples with real music, after 4 short clips on youtube.

cool! You might also enjoy on Ustream, master classes on Frank Zappa, Bruce Hornsby, Eric Dolphy, Keith Jarrett, and Charlie Parker; and on youtube Dick Hyman (up tomorrow), a walking bassline clinic, the Marx Brothers, and Dave McKenna, and a live solo concert by meself.
